About This Event

Alnmouth Arts Festival returns on Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 June 2026, transforming this picturesque Northumberland coastal village into a giant open-air gallery. Well-established since its founding in 2010, the festival spreads across 27 venues where visitors can discover the work of around 90 exhibiting artists as they wander the village's narrow lanes and estuary views. This year's headline guest is Reverend Richard Coles, appearing at St John the Baptist Church on Saturday morning. Alongside the exhibitions, the festival features street food stalls, children's workshops, and the chance to meet artists and makers in their temporary studios. The village itself is part of the appeal — a tiny, unspoilt settlement on the Northumberland coast well worth the visit in its own right.
